Report 'RPLPBSR1_ALV doesnt pop up Word in SAP WEB GUI

Hi Experts,

In Singapore there is a report 'RPLPBSR1_ALV ' ( CV - Report program ) which will generate and pop up a word Document with the CV details of the Employee.

this generation and popping up of word document is done through OLE Automation, but the same report if iam running through SAP WEB GUI no word document is getting genreated or popped up since OLE Doesnt Supports SAP WEB GUI.

So Experts can you help me in running the report and producing the Word Document in SAP WEB GUI.
