LSO: Create no show follow up Correspondence send to Manager

Hi all experts,

I'm struggling in create follow up correspondence in LSO. One of my client having a requirement as below:

If any participant no attend the classroom training, after update follow up status as no show. The email notification need to trigger and send to the Manager.

Is anyone have an idea on how to configure correspondence above requirement? Some more I'm not that familiar on the setup correspondence and request-based correspondence. Is there have any web site link can refer?
