We have a scenario in which we are using batch managed products in ECC and CDP scenario in APO. We are executing planning processes outside APO (e.g. MRP in ECC). Thus Purchase requisitions and Planned orders are created outside APO but availability check (Characteristic based ATP - CBATP) is carried out in APO. in a standard SAP when PR's and Planned orders flows to APO it does not include any characteristics values.
To enable CBATP we would need characteristics enabled in purchase requisitions and planned orders in APO. We were trying for a option that when Preqs and Planned orders are flowing to APO we can use some CIF enhancement to populate required characteristics in it.
Has anybody implemented similar scenario? Also please suggest relevant User exits or BADI's which can enable this enhancement.
