Info record Price

Hello Friends,

In classic scenario EBP5.0 , Created back end info record , it is displayed as SOS but can i adopt the price of that info record for creating back end PO from SRM ?how?

Did anyone actually figure out the solution to this problem.

I know that OSS note: 155854 says the reasons why Info Record price is not shown in SC, but that is quite unrealistic for the procurement process, as approvals will need a cost in the SC at the very least, so this doesnt make 100% sense.

Wanted to know if anyone has done any additional development around it.

My problem is i am getting info record as source of supply but price is not picked from inforecord when i assign it to shopping cart does anybody know why it is so?

Hi Diwakar,

There are some OSS notes available to resolve this issue based on the SRM version and service pack.

Please check the below OSS notes which may help you to resolve this issue.

Also inform which version and service pack you are using.

Hi,

I am on SRM SER 550 PATCH LVL SAPKIBKT09

I am in classic scenario and maintained back end info record for a combination of vendor material maintained relationship for these in SRM

When i try to create shopping cart for the said material i get the info record number in SOS but when i assign this inforecord as SOS i get the message as warning "Price from info record will be determined on ordering" but Shopping cart is created with 0 Price hence it gives error in transmission and does not create back end po

Hi Diwakar,

Based on the information provided by you it looks like even though you have chosen the info. record as source of supply the price is not taken from info. record and you are able to enter the price manually.

In this case please apply :

<b>Note 939872 - Shopping cart item: Source of supply, manual price remains</b>

This note is applicable for SRM 550 server.

Also go through the other OSS notes mentioned as they will help you a lot in resolving this issue.

Hi Diwakar,

The Price of the info. record is taken into account when you refer a info record during the creation of shopping cart.

The order of preference would be :

1. Catalogs

2. Contracts

3. Info records

4. Product master
