Absence quota-Maternity absence Quota ( only for female)

Dear all

I have created Absence quota with report RPTQTA00,now my Problem is we have Absence quota for maternity leaves -90 days, this quota should appear only in case of Gender-Female. But right now its appearing for male as well.

Kindly guide me whether there is any setting for the same?

Thnx , i tried this...but just clarify my doubts , i'm working for INDIA and if i'm not wrong then this setting is for US.In that case if i'm using this setting,i'll face any problem while running payroll?

Hi Hems,

I don't think you can restrict such option without changing the code.

Other way round is to create a separate ESG for your female employees, assign the maternity type quota for that and then generate the quota.
