This is my first posting on this site. Have been reading through for the last 1 week and must say I'm really excited. This is a pretty cool site.
Can any one please tell me
1. The steps to be followed when configuring and implementing benefits (you can take HEALTH as an example) and explain. Please note that I already have some understanding on the benefit area, cost variants, cost rules etc.
I just need to know what are the steps to be followed in the CORRECT order if you are doing benefits for the company for the first time.
