A problem to start the jcontrol.EXE in sapmmc.

When I installed the NW2004sSP7_Preview which downloaded from SAP's offical site, I found that it can't start the jcontrol.EXE which has a status yellow and the content is 'Some processes running'.

My OS is the win2003 sp2 , the meomry is 2GB。

Please help me.

If you haven't done so, please check the following files:

the dev_dispatcher from work directory and defaultTrace.trc file from "Drive:\usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS<no>\j2ee\cluster\dispatcher\log" these files should point out the issue.

I have resolved it.

Add the virtual memrory to 10GB.

And use the j2ee tools to

adjust the JVM's size to 512MB.
