Integrate acoounts (ERP/yC4C) with disjuncted no-range

we're integration SAP ERP with yC4C. Leading instance for customer (esp. creation!) is ERP.
A uni-directional exchange is required.

When downloading a customer we get the following error in "Web Service Message Monitoring":
"Solve configuration Issue in ID Mapping for Element InternalID with ID 210305".
I understand this in order to map each ERP-account?

I've expected that yC4C creates a new number and stores the ERP-No in field "External ID".
We want (and need) disjuncted numbers - e. g. ERP-No 210305 - yC4C-No 10001000.

We didn't change the standard number-ranges yet as the expectation was the standard is able to achieve this.

What do we have to do to avoid this error.
