Your question is not clear. Is the instance up and running? Is the SAP GUI installed on the Guest OS or Host OS? Assuming that you have installed an SAP instance running on the guest OS and you attempt to connect to the instance using the SAP GUI installed on the host OS. For this to work there is an option called Bridged network connection in the VM settings. You should enable this option and restart the VM. If this is not the case then supply more information to assist you further.
