table 683 v is not acive in the dictionary

hi,

i come across the error while i do sales order "table 683v is not acive in the dictionary" i have give all details like

1) customer master- pricing procedure to :1(standard)

2) given ovkk

3) all pricing features are given

4)vk11 is given

while i do sales order i get "no pricing procedure not determined"

then i checked T-code SE16 and enterd table 683 v

"table 683v is not acive in the dictionary" this what i get,

pl help me out with this problem,
