'This personnel number does not exist' error in PRCC

Hi,

We have a couple of employees for whom PRCC tcode is throwing the error, 'This personnel number does not exist'. I have checked the HR master data and the employees are Active in the system. They also have a valid IT0017 infotype maintained. The transactions related to these employees are still in PTRV_CCC and cannot be processed due to this error. Please advice

Have you maintained infotype 105 subtype 011 (credit card number), too?
