PO closure

I have PO of 50pcs & I have done GR & IV of 40 pcs.

I want to close the PO so that it shall not be used in future.

What shall I do so that further GR is NOT possible and also it is VISIBLE in ME2N?

There are many POs of such type.

hello,

you set delivery complition in dicator for an item . which is on delivery tab.

Hi,

For statistical purpose the Delivery completed indicator can be put but it will not prevent from doing further GR.For this use the Latest GR date in the Delivery tab of the item details and put any past date out of the allowed posting period .This will prevent further creation of GR.

Hi,

By puting Delivery complete indicator, system will not block the GRN. Hence you may block the item so that there will be no further GRNs.

Hi,

You can mark 'Delivery Complete' indicator at the item. Also you may block the item (not delete). Hence nor GRNs will be poddible for this item & also it will not appear as Open PO.

For completing this action for number of POs, you may use tool like LSMW.
