Organisational Unit

Hi All

Reading the SAP base customizing document, it says that an org unit can be maintained as a sales organisation and service organisation at the same time.

But when creating an org unit, I have a radio button to create it as sales / service organisation. How do I create a unit as both sales and service organisations ?

Please help me.

Maintain PPOMA_CRM:

sales organization can be extended for the service scenario as well by maintaining service org attributes in the orgaizational attributes of that particular org unit .

Hi Jessy,

The radio buttons are misguiding ones in orgman.

Actually they behave as check boxes.

So once you maintain an org as sales organization, you can select the service radio button and then maintain the same org as the service organization.

It will behave as both then.
