Support Package Import (SPAU)

Hi Gurus,

I was in the process of Support Package import of BASIS 6.40

Towards the end I got error.

"The import was completed successfully. This means that all the reqistry objects that were imported are now activated in ths shipped original state.

The system however detected that 6 of the repository objects in the support packages have been modified in your system.

Check whether you want to retain or restore these changes you have made.

To do this call transaction SPAU."

Since I was not aware of what has to been done I just continued with the option of continuing import. Please let me know will every thing will be fine with these objects or else can something be done.
