Please tell the diffrence between Bookmark and Personalization

Hi ,

Can you tell me what is difference batween Bookmark and Personalization

1. Bookmark - If I am creating the bookmark then what should be the behaviour of the book mark - Will it store all the setting and filters means if in the navigation block what ever I am providing will the same parameters I will find when I click the bookmark?

2.Personalization - Will I get the same parameter output next time when I will run the report? Or It will chage .

Scenario -- I am providing date and Oraganization Id to selection screen , Please tell me what will be the behaviour of Bookmark and personalization?

I am providing Date as 01/01/2006 to 01/31/2006 and Organization Id as 'xyz'

Now If today I am doing the bookmark and personalization then waht should be the date on navigation bolck ... will it be same or it will run with my current status..?
