3d visual enterprise in pm order

Hello forum members

I have been trying to set up the 3d ve to be able to view visual instructions from within the maintenance order operation,however it gives an error as file might be corrupt . I took a 3d odf pro file for a pump and it does work fine when opened directly. please let me know on any hints/ missing steps.

Also the spare part icon(SP) is misssing in my components tab. Dms settings are in place

I installed the latest 3d viewer from sap store .
