Can I delete the mm.dump file from usr/sap?

Hi people!

I have this file system (usr/sap) very full, but I see a file named mm.dump that are very very big. Can I delete that file? or if I delete that can I have problem with the system?

you can take the help of your basis people to delete the mm.dump file from al11.

I'm the basis here but I'am new. That is the reason about my question, because i'm not very shure if I can delete that.
