SAP C4C EC edit mode

Hi,

I want to control EC button visible:

when Account_TI is in Edit mode,EC button is not visible,

when Account_TI is in Display mode,EC button is visible,

Can anyone tell me how to determine Account_TI edit/display mode in EC view.
