BRF New Service Not Triggering

Hi Experts,

We have done BRF configure configuration for single value, user agent and no user agent.

Initially we have configured one dynamic agent service for two steps. Now we are trying to assign different service names for both steps and activated. It is showing Activated successfully.

But it is taking fist dynamic user service only. System is not taking new service name.

Please suggest.

Hi,

some further questions in order to understand your question better:

• Is this question about BRF or BRFplus?
• About which SAP module etc. are you referring to? BRFplus itself does not have something like user agents.

Hope you can elaborate a bit more on the scenario, as your description makes it really hard to get teh bigger picture.

As mentioned can you please elaborate a bit more on the issue (if still existing). The naming convention that you use has nothing to do with BRFplus (dynamic agent/dynamic user service).
