    Hi colleague,

You have to go on the "Requested start" tab, and introduce the next_reminder date. After you have to ensure that the Standard Deadline Job is correctly configured, so you will check this inside the SWU3 transaction.

As my suggestion, you have to create a fork, and in one branch, a loop with a specific condition (e.g. where num_reminder < 10 ). After you should create a task, which can send the e-mail and calculates (and returns to the container) the next reminder DATE, which is a global parameter of your wf.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Albert

You can use the following tab as follows

1)Latest start:3 days from time of creation of workitem .The deadline should be modelled. Here you mention an outcome say mail sending. In the branch Mail sending you put a send mail to the approver of the message that workitems is pending in his inbox.

    2) Latest end: 8 days from time of creation of workitem. The deadline should be modelled and the outcome name is Terminate. Now in Terminate branch you put a process control step that will Terminate Workflow.
