Why should we has to take Manual Insted of Backflush in the production order.

What is meant by credit Bill

    It's Depend On Your need. If You use BackFlush the impact is, you're not need to do ISSUE for production, mean the cost calculation is in the end of production. and for the manual, You can do cost in front.

    fyi, in my implementation experience, my customer use Manual, coz They can capture how many is in WIP account for the End/Begining Month.

    at the end of production you may not be able to identify consumption of some raw materials such as grease, small spares.

    for that purpose we can estimate some defined quantity of consumption in the BOM( as backflush) which will be automatically issued at the time of doing receipt from production.

    Credit Bill means whether u r meaning credit note????

    Hello,

    The manual is usually an option could not be avoided if you are using serial or batch management in your inventory system. Or you want to manage inventory issue from warehouse in the production floor, where the issue is restricted by report as a control means.
