Your question was reported for a failure to search and I should have just deleted it.

But I guess if no one ever see's moderator responses to these things, they'll continue with these questions.

This is basic functionality of the QA32 selection screen. In fact, it is basic functionality of many, many transactions in SAP. This should be something that ANY SAP fluent consultant or expert can show you how to do. I have no idea of your role in SAP, I'm hoping a new end user and not an SAP technical person.

This is a very basic question and all SAP technical people should be aware of the dynamic selection functionality that is used across many SAP modules and how to use it to make custom selections for a list without any additional programming. In addition, they should know how to save selection variants as well as layout variants for reports. Again, standard stuff, no programming required.

You are limited to those fields provided by whomever wrote the transaction. But in your question, the UD date and time are valid fields. And if you were aware of this tool, you could have found them in the list and easily set up selections and layouts that would provide you with the info you want.

We get questions on using QA32/33 on a regular basis.

Please talk to your SAP support people at your site or an experienced user. This should be a tool (skill) that all end users should be taught by their super users or company so that they can apply these skills to various areas.

This is like asking us how to set a 1" margin in MS Word. If you know how to set the 1/2" margin, you should know how to do a 1" margin.

Give a person a fish, fed them for a day.. teach a person to fish....
