can you please share some screen shots as in where you are expecting .
Once the Scoping is marked , ideally it is expected that the tab is available , may be you might wanted to try adaptation once .

Apart from this scoping question , I don't see any dependency that will stop the availability of Warranties View in products,
After you have made the changes in scoping , please log off and Log in again to check if it is available, as I see that can also be an issue

I checked and mark Warranty Entitlements under Service -> Entitlement Management, but still i cannot manage it.
Do You know what I need to mark in scoping?
