Hi Raja,
Before downloading the object DNL_CUST_PROD1 you need to verify and map the product hierarchy structure levels between ERP and CRM.
ECC : go the view 'PRODHS' using SE11. The number of components corresponds to the number of levels in the CRM system. The field Length defines the number of digits for each level.
CRM : SPRO > Cross Application Components > SAP Product > Product Category > Define Category Numbering Schemes. Here make sure you have an entry 'R3PRODHIER'. If not create a new entry with description 'Numbering Scheme R/3'
Select the number scheme R3PRODHIER and double-click on folder Define Numbering Scheme Levels.
Choose New entries and enter the matching levels and number of digits for each level. They need to be exactly the same as in the ECC system.
Now cancel the object DNL_CUST_PROD1 using R3AM1 and run the object using R3AS. This should definetly solve your problem.
Do not forget to reward if it helps,

Paul Kondaveeti
