Error by exporting Command Line lcm BIAR (Access is denied)' (FWM 04013)

Hi,

I get an error when exporting a LifeCycle Manager BIAR file using command line:

Logged in to Source CMS as : Administrator
SELECT TOP 10000 static, relationships, SI_PARENT_FOLDER_CUID, SI_OWNER, SI_PATH FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS,CI_APPOBJECTS,CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE (SI_KIND='User' OR SI_KIND='UserGroup') AND NOT (SI_ID in (11,12, 501, 1, 2, 3))
