Error by exporting Command Line lcm BIAR (Access is denied)' (FWM 04013)

Hi,

I get an error when exporting a LifeCycle Manager BIAR file using command line:

Logged in to Source CMS as : Administrator
SELECT TOP 10000 static, relationships, SI_PARENT_FOLDER_CUID, SI_OWNER, SI_PATH FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS,CI_APPOBJECTS,CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE (SI_KIND='User' OR SI_KIND='UserGroup') AND NOT (SI_ID in (11,12, 501, 1, 2, 3))

I had read all the blogs of Mahak and its replies.
When I try to open note 2275356 I get an error:
You are not entitled to access SAP Note/KBA 2275356

.

That Note will not apply in this case, the error is different.
Looks like you or account your SIA is under, do not have permissions on root of E drive, try E:\test\ instead. Or check permissions.
You can also use process monitor utility to see which process call is getting access denied.

It seems to be a permission problem.
