Regarding Updating Rules

Hi Friends,

I have created an Info cube in which it has EMPID and EMPSAL , now i want write a routine, where all my EMPID should have a Constant for eg XYZ and EMPSAL should be more than 2000. so friends can u guide me, how to write routines for this ?
