internal order

Dear Sir,

Kindly help to resolve the issue.

The scenario is like this:-

Last year I was having 2 controlling area and 2 company codes.

From This year that means 1 Jan 2007 I ve made 1 controlling area and 1 company code in which the consultants have added those 2 company codes in way of business area. that means 2 business area is created in newly created 1 company code.

Now the problem arises that my internal order created before 1 jan 07 is not getting locked. instead I ve settled all the costs to the assets Gl.

So how can I lock the internal order

Hi

Kamal is right. Close the internal order and create a new one....

Go to KO02 and click on control data tab there are two tabs click on first one... you will get the message order closed.

but when I m locking the internal order the error comes

" Distribution rule found with controlling area other than 6000"

CAN THE ABAPER can lock it from the backend

Instead of locking the order u can close the order by setting the status to Close then in that case there cannot be any postings to those orders.
