Is UWL Service enabled?

Hello,

I am thinking of a mashup application integrating UWL content with other content. For this to achieve I've been searching the docs an SDN for an UWL service access but did not succeed. All I found was the connector API but that's not what I was looking for. The idea is to use the UWL engine to manage and aggregate tasks (which it is good at) but display, navigate and manipulate tasks elsewhere.

So, my question is: Does such an UWL Service API exist? Something like GET_UWL_TASKS_FOR_USER? SET_UWL_TASK_PROPERTY?
