Hi

Someone at our plant booked around 9 million gloves with movement type 712.

Movement type description is GR inventory difference.

How to cancel this material document ..

thios can not be canceled using MBST

How can I cancel this document because sap doesn’t know this transaction

Hi akkshaya,

When they do stock count in WM they book the inventory difference. After clearing it in WM, then in IM you can see the bookings in MB51 with 711 (-)/712 MVTs.

I think the most simple solution: create & activate a new inventory document (LI01N) for the 9 million gloves, enter 0 pc (LI11N) and clear the difference in WM (LI20), then in IM (LI21).
