    Hi chaminda

When you are checkin the automated tax option you are allowed to select the tax code.. Now in your chart of accounts each tax code has a tax account under other debtors. For instance check for CST or Vat. In this case the system auto generates a row specifying the tax amount to be debited in the tax account. So im figuring your tax does not have a tax account specified.. Try doing that it will solve your problem

      thanks for the reply,,

anyway i found the solution for that." oJo.Lines.AccountCode " accepts only chart of account codes (GLs). in my case, i have to Credit to a BP Code (Customer Account) . if i'm going to assign the BP Code to the AccountCode, then that error will occur. we have to use "oJo.Lines.ShortName" to assign this type of BP Code or Customer Code.
