We have set three release levels for PO. Release level 3 is for PO above 5 lacs which get release after first two release done. Some of the PO at level three are not getting released even after released by first two level. Followig error message occure
'Express Document "Update was terminated" received from author user "tysuh_su (this is a user ID)"
Pl suggest me the wayout of getting it released & what are the possibilities due to which system shows the above messege
When the user gets an Update Terminated message, please ask him to go to Inbox (using t-code SBWP) and look at the message. Typically, there is a short dump which can be viewed using ST22. Or it will display the error which prevented the document from being saved.
If this is resolved, the PO can then be released successfully,

Hi suresh,
In the PO go to the messages and then to the further data there in the requested processing change to "send with application own transcation", and then save it.
it will resolve ur issue.
Reward if useful
