can we convert BAPI FM to xml file if yes how??

we need to integrate SAP system with oracle system

How does your scenario look like, what Oracle product do you want to integrate with and what Middleware do you have available?

If you have a PI system, BAPI parameters will automatically be converted to XML by the platform's RFC adapter. the same holds true for most other middleware systems that come with an SAP adapter.

Also there are Web Service versions of most BAPIs that natively communicate through XML.
