Lead Action

Hi All,

I realized that the Lead action view is not available in ICWC. Can I know the best way to display the view there? I'm assuming that I'll have to create a new view. Pls point me out if I am wrong. Thanks

    Hello,

    The Lead is in the default navigation bar of the default profile but is hidden.

    To make the link visible in the navigation bar first click on the 'Index' entry and flag the 'Lead' transaction to be visible in the menu. To make it visible permanently you have to change the navigation bar profile and flag 'Permanent area'.

    If the Lead transaction is not available in the Index check the contents of the default navigation bar profile, it's there for sure.

      Hi Joost,

      I guess you have misunderstood my question.

      I have the Lead in the navigation bar, but there is no Action link for the Lead - just like the Service Ticket, and Interaction Rcd.

      I'm not sure if I need to customize my own view for the 'Lead Action' purpose.
