UI Pattern : passing parameter

Hi,

I have created a property editor which is having an entity service as datasource. The entity service has one parameter to be passed. The entity service is tested and working fine. But while testing the Property Editor , i dont know how to pass the service parameter.I checked the same with Object Editor also. Can anyone help?
