CO-PA Actual, Plan cost and labor hours for WBS elements.

Hi All,

I have a requirement to extract Plan, Actual cost and labour hours. This is related to PS, but when the settlement takes place these values are posted in CO. I want to know waht are the possible extractors I have to look at to get the actual, plan cost and labour hours for each WBS items.

I need a direction and pointers to start my analysis. Any help is appreciated.

For any extractor you can find the underlying Tables. This is little tedious but surely you can find it. I found the underlying tables as well.

You should find them in cube 0ps_c04 and it's related infosources:

0CO_OM_WBS_5: WBS Elements: Accrual Calculations

0CO_OM_WBS_2: WBS Element: Budget

0CO_OM_WBS_1: WBS Elements: Costs

0CO_OM_WBS_4: WBS Elements: Statistical Key Figures

0CO_OM_WBS_3: WBS Elements: Overall Plan

Thank you. I have already loaded WBS_1, WBS_5 and NWA_1. And able to macth the numbers with existing report. But one of the functional I work with said this is not a proper way. Since once the settlement happens, the Controlling side will be updated and you need to get it from CO tables. She may be right. But I am not sure from where the 0CO_OM_WBS_1, 3 and NWA_1 pull theri records from. Do you know of anyway from where these records are coming from. I mean the underlieing tables of PS & CO side.
