Error sapgw00 request timed out

Hi All

I have installed new R/3 4.6C system on Windows 2000 with Oracle 8i.

When i am try to configure transport routes between new (Development) with existing (Quality and Production system) in STMS.I am getting an error sapgw00 request timed out.

We are having two Domain controllers one is Development and other is Quality.

And Development sys is having different trans directory than Quality and Production sys.

I am able to get the ping response for Quality from Development server but vice-versa is not possible.

Please help me out. Its urgent.

Hi Sapna,

Pls monitor the gateway in SMGW.

Maintain the service file entires for gateway service.
