Hi,
this is question to community technical admins.

Topic: old document is not in archive (where I would expect it to be).

1. go to the thread:

https://blogs.sap.com/2015/09/24/design-studio-sdk-ui5-table-with-conditional-formats/#

2. in the first sentence there is link:

Following the blog Design Studio SDK: New Features in UI5 Table, today the Conditional Format function. linking ot doc : 63070

-> my expectation would be to get this under:

https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-63070

but it is not there (also many other documents)

Karol

Hi Volha,
thanks for response.

but we can expect to get all be moved to archive after some time? It means this situation is only "temporary"?

Hello Karol,

You don't see this document due to business rules(restrictions), not migration process. These rules can be changed further.

Hello Karol Kalisz,

Unfortunately, for now that's expected as not all documents/discussions were migrated to Archives according to the rules.

Thanks,

Volha

Karol - Steffi (in another thread) reminded me of the archive url - e.g. if your document was scn.sap.com/DOC-742866 the new URL would be https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-74286

Could you try that with your documents?

Hello Viachaslau,

can you then change the business rules and make all my documents accessible in archive? they are linked from many other documents, blogs and even external sides and now all links are broken.

Thanks, Karol

Karol - a temporary work around, given to me by one of your colleagues, is to go to http://archive.org/web/, enter the old URL - e.g. sap.com/LearnBI and give it a minute and it will show the content: http://web.archive.org/web/20160422224638/http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7725

Also there is an announcement at http://go.sap.com/community.html "Announcement: There is a known issue preventing certain content from surfacing in the document archive. Specifically, links to archived SAP-authored documents that were created before June 1, 2015 are currently not working. A fix will be in place during the week of November 7."
