    Hi,

does your posting period as same as posting date of the documents you want to post ? Ascertain that the defined execution date or posting date in the documents you want to post is within a defined posting period:

Administration -> System Initialisation -> General Settings -> Posting Periods

Should the desired execution date lie outside the defined posting periods, consult with the company accountant and create new periods.

Good answer Jimmy - just one more small suggestion on periods which is causing the problem...

Also check to see what the "default" period is set at and do like Jimmy has outlined...

Please let us know which one worked Santosh!

    Thanks - Zal

We are trying to post a transaction with posting date December 3, 2007 and a due date on January 2, 2008. We follow all your suggestions but they did not work for us.

      What can we do?

      Thank you.
