SAP Content server migration (Archive Link)

I built a new SAP Content server 6.50 on Windows server 2012 with File System Storage using document area as 'Archive Link'.
We currently use SAP Content server 6.40 on Linux with File system storage and planning to migrate documents from old to new content server.

We tested one of the migration programs to migrate from old Linux CS to new Windows CS. Both the content servers are using FSS storage.

There are also manual attachments in SAP that were attached manually from FB03 (example). We do not have a solution how to migrate manual attachments as there is no similar link tables like TOA01 for scanned docs. All the manual attachments reside on SOOD, but not with repository or document ID details. Did anyone already worked on this and have a solution. Pls help.
