Desktop connection - ee - Outlook 365 crashing

Hi All,

We implemented Desktop Connection for SAP CRM (Enterprise edition) back in February. Although this is working correctly and without issue on a number of machines, approx. 40% of users are experiencing 'crashes' where Outlook stops responding and restarts, often with the add-in being disabled. We're unable to reproduce this on demand.

There is no obvious trigger and no pattern in the hardware/software used.

Has anyone experienced similar issues?
