Message Number RSDMD 217

While loading 0MAT_PLANT I am getting the following error message.with Message class RSDMD and Message number 217.

Record 'xxxxxx ' successfully written into /BI0/XMAT_PLANT in second attempt

Has anyone faced the same and if so how was this resolved?

We are on BI 7 SP 13
