Upgrade SAP business from 9.0 to 9.2 pl 6

Hi All , i'm trying to upgrade SAP business one to 9.2 pl 6 from 9.0 and while upgrading i faced a issue saying " failed to connect to server ; enter a valid server name,user id, and password.verify that you have the SBOCOMMON database and try again "

can someone help me out to solve this
