problem during automatic goods issue in cor6n in S4 HANA

Hello experts,

I have a requirement from client where they are producing around 4k-5k finished products of various size and thickness. The problem is if a particular product say a board of thickness 18mm and size 8 * 4 is produced and there are some quality issues then the board goes for re-sanding where the top surface is worked upon and the thickness gets reduced to 16mm or 15 mm whichever they wish to. So an 18mm board can get reduced to 10-12 different thickness as and when there are issues with quality. I have tried using the rework order but was not able to successfully map it in S4 HANA system. So, I tried creating an alternate BOM without any BOM components and during order creation(COR1) of the material the user will feed in the material from which they are willing to do the re-sanding work. The order got saved, but now during order confirmation(COR6N) the material is not getting issued against the order only the material for which the order is created is coming(mvmt type - 101). The backflush has been ticked in the order creation as well as in the material master of the issuing materials, still its not getting issued.

Am I doing it correctly?? Are there any alternate ways to work out this problem???

Did you check the backflush flag for this material?

Please check the material master & goods issue logic with the production order.
