Adding custom fields in the interaction display on the contact profile

Dear,

I wonder if it is possible to enhance the screen of the Contact Profile - Interactions.

On the right-hand side, you get an overview of all interactions of this person in boxes.

The box shows the related interest, the interaction type, the date, and if relevant the assigned campaign.

But is is possible to show one or two extra values in this box, for example a Custom field?

I know there's nothing in customizing to allow this, but is it possible via an enhancement/development?

at this Moment I do not have OnPremise System on Hand, could you please search if there is a specific PFCG Role available?

Hi,

I have all possible PFCG roles; but on the onprem system there are no "configuration apps". Configuration is done in SPRO. The "user interface adaptation" is in the table of contents of your url situated under "general settings" together with ao Markets, Marketing Areas, Media types, etc. I find all these other activities in SPRO, but not User Interface Adaptation...

Hi Joyca & Krish,

You are referring Hybris Marketing cloud app and help link, I think that it is not relevant for on-prem solution.

Plus I don't think you can use this app for modifying any standard objects UI/fields. This app can be used for offer object and any custom object created in the system.
