this is raju,

need clarification regarding crm my qualification is MBA mktg.

i want to pursue my career in sap crm.

my doubt is what are the specializations available in sap crm?

is it possible to learn sap crm own with the help of people like you and sites and online resources, or should i join any institutes?

plz suggest me .

what are the primary things we need to take care while learning sap crm.

what are the other technologies or areas which we need have knowledge for better sap crm career?

Dear Raja,

According to me it is always better to start your career with a domain company. it helps you to understand the business process. Considering that you are experienced then you can use this forum to start with ( all the relevant documents are available here. Moreover in case of any doubt you can use the search in the forum and that will help you.

Well specialization in SAP CRM we have got sales, marketing and service.

For institute it is better to go to some authorized institute so that you can have a vaild certificate which can be utilized ( Please never try those institutes which are not authorized).
