Unable to preview data in IDT when connected to Infoset

Hi Experts,

I am creating Universe on an Infoset Query, and when trying to create a sample query in IDT, or preview the column values, it throws the below error.

Internal error: while trying to invoke the method com.businessobjects.i18n.locale.BoLocale.getSapLanguageCode() of a null object loaded from local variable 'boLocale'

Could anyone please help me resolve this issue!!

Is this an ECC Infoset?

Hi Tammy,

IDT Version used : 4.1 SP 4

I tried using the latest 4.2 SP 3 version, but no luck.

Yes, this is an ECC Infoset. Tried by connecting the query created on the ECC Infoset.

Yet same error persists!!

Instead of creating a Data foundation on Published connection, I created on Local and it seemed to work now.

But Looks like all the calculations that were done in Infoset using a ABAP coding and lookup, gives the value as 0.00.

None of the calculated key figures have value.

Any suggestions on this?

I tried to follow the same steps as mentioned in your blog, but I get the below error :

The ECC version being used is EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0
