SSO with SAP Logon Ticket and User Mapping

I get a CRM login popup once per portal session when I click on any of my iviews. Once I've logged in to CRM, other iviews no longer request login.

I'm running EP7 SP12. CRM in the landscape is defined as follows:

Application Host: epserver.mydomain.com

Authentication Ticket Type: SAP Logon Ticket

Gateway Host: epserver

Gateway Service: sapgw54

Logical System Name: CRQCLNT100

Logon Method: SAPLOGONTICKET

Remote Host Type: 3

SAP Client: 100

SAP System ID: CRQ

SAP System Number: 54

Server Port: sapdp54

Session Cookie Name: JSESSIONID

Session URL Name: jsessionid

System Name: SAP_CRM

System Type: SAP_CRM

User Mapping Type: admin,user

Validate Connection: Yes

Web AS Description: WAS

Web AS Host Name: myserver.mydomain.com:8054

Web AS Path: /sap/bw/BEx

Web AS Protocol: http

SAP_CRM only has one alias, which is SAP_CRM, which is the default.

I have exported verify.der from my keystore and imported it into CRM as SID EP2 CLNT 000 (EP2 is my portal instance) and added it to the ACL with transaction STRUSTSSO2. I have also modified the instance parameters using rz10 as follows:

login/create_sso2_ticket = 2

login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1

I'm quite sure I've missed something fairly obvious. Any help will be rewarded with points. Thanks in advance.
