Hi,

<b>Schedule Line:</b> It is basically a division of an item with respect to the <b>delivery date</b> and <b>quantity</b>.

Whenever you create a sales order, <b>double click</b> on the line item and go to <b>schedule lines</b> screen. Here you will see a date in the delivery date column and you will have columns for <b>"order quantity"</b>, <b>"rounded quantity"</b> & <b>"confirmed quantity"</b>. Unless and until the system gives a delivery date and a quantity in the confirmed quantity columns the delivery cannot be created.

1. Delivery date is say 27/09/2007 but in the confirmed quantity column the entry is "zero" then you will get the error "No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date"

2. Delivery date is say 28/09/2007 and confirmed qty is there then also system will not allow you to create the delivery and will give the same error "No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date"

<b>Do the following:</b>

1. Go to VA02 - select your sales order number - double click on the line item - go to schedule lines screen. Check forthe delivery date and the confirmed quantity. If date is there and no quantity then click on <b>"item availability"</b> icon and check whether can you confirm any quantity. If there is no green button for a quantity in the confirmed quantity field that means there is no stock. If stock is available may be it has been confirmed for some other sales order. In this case the stock will be displayed in MMBE but cannot be confirmed for the new sales order. If confirmed quantity is there but delivery date is ahead of 27/09/2007 then change the date to 27/09/2007. Save the sales order and now do the delivery.

2. If no stcok then go to <b>MB1C</b> create the stock and then follow same thing as mentioned in step No.1.

Reward points if solution helps.

Hi Prakash,

First check for the stock availability in MMBE. If stock is not there for the material, schedule lines wont get confirmed. If stocks are present than, go to the order type in VOV8 and check for the immediate delivery field. There are three options.

1. X- Create delivery immediately, if quantity confirmed for today

2. A-Create delivery immediately.

3. Create delivery separately

If the Immediate delivery field is either X or A, than schedule lines wont get confirmed. Ideally it should be blank. Pl check for these settings.

Hi Prakash

This problem can arise of two reasons.

First check whether u have posted Material in Storage location using T-code MB1C.

Second reason:

When u have created sales order, check in the schedule line what is the confiremed date. The date of delivery i mean schedule date will be different date.

So when u create delivery using VL01N, u have to give the scheduled date.

Try it... it will work..

Reward if useful to u

Go to VA02

double click on the line item -> go to the schedule lines tab. Check against which delivery date you have confirmed quantities.

Enter the same date and order number in VL01N

2.Check the in mmbe.

hi,

check this steps to outcome of that error.

1. while u r creating the sales order, kindly see the material availability date or transportation planning date. it should be equal to your selection date in the delivery screen (vl01n).

2. in std sap. it automatically determines for 7 days.

3. if you want to see that material availbality date, you should maintain the stock for that particular material thru MB1c. and see the stock posting date also.

if you do this, your error will be resolved.

reward points if it is useful.

regards

Hi Prakash,

Go to [VA03] -> double click on the line item -> go to the schedule lines tab. Check against which delivery date you have confirmed quantities. Enter the same date and order number in [VL01N].

Hope it helped. Do reward if it had.

Hi,

Either stock is not available, post it thru MB1C using Movement Type 561 or choose the date which is mentioned on the SL level of the item, else make it 10 days further.

Hope this will solve your problem. Do reward if you find this helpful

Hi prakash,

Means there is no stock available for that date. the material available date with take place place based on the lead time and on availability.

so try to see in the schedule line which date system has proposed. or else you can give a future date. then it will allow to go for delivery.

hope this solves
