PTO - Time Eval

Hi Experts,

I'm working on pto (Paid Time Off) , I had configured the table t559l, t559p based on their seniority date and when we are running TQTA it's accruing the pto but not reducing any of the balances from IT2001 and I see the same balance in IT2006

nothing was getting reduced.

Is that ok if we run TQTA for PTO take effect or should we include TQTA in our schema TM04(should we run both TQTA,TM04 seperately or only one should be run)

Please Help

Thank You

Rajini

If you want to take advantage of time evaluation’s automatic generation function, but do not implement time evaluation, you can use the standard schema TQTA.

The schema enables you to represent relatively simple situations such as the proportionate calculation of entitlements per evaluation period, month or year.

Also, system will not make changes to IT2001, as it reduces or adds the quota in IT2006 only.

Pl do reward if this helps.

Hi ,

Thanks for your input, we are using time evaluation and wondering like when we run time eval by creating some records in IT2001(i.e; absences) and when we are looking at the log we couldn't find PTO getting reduced in IT2006(meaning no changes getting reflected in IT2006).

Please Help

Hi

Check the permission to generate quota during time evaluation in Q556A and the corresponding Generation rules in Table V_T559L.

Ensure that grouping are similar accross all the tables.

If helps, pl do reward

Hi,

We have seen table v_t559L and grouping is correct ,still we couldn't see any deduction in IT2006 after running time eval (we could see the accrual (increase)

in quota but not deduction).

Kindly, help.

Thanks

In the same table opt for 'replace' and try.
